The team at Avera360IT were outstanding! Not only do they charge about half as much as I was getting quoted from competitors they completely fixed all the Issues I was having with my Office 365 set up and are always there when I have a problem!

The programs track and manages in excess of one thousand active projects. Ivera360IT designed programs for, from start to completion project tracking, materials management, and project warranty tracking. All programs created help to keep our processes timely, reduce overall expense and ensure customer satisfaction. We have also completed several updates to the designed programs. All updates have been designed and completed by Ivera360IT. All installations have been completed with minimal business interruption. All communication prior to work, during the creation and installation was very clear and understandable. We will continue to utilize Ivera360IT for any future projects and updates to our existing programs. The service provided has been excellent!

Ian came on time and upgraded the memory in two of my development computers. He also helped me with various issues I had with my network at home, plus other technical questions I had. I'll definitely use him again and as well expect to have him come to my business where we have around 50 computers and no IT person right now. He was here for more than two hours and the cost was $150 and the services were well worth it. I'll definitely use him in the future.
