Contacted Philip on 7/24/2023 to perform a gas line pressure test on one of my apartments. Paid him in full on 7/25/2023. Plumber put in gauge on 7/27/2023. Inspector came out on 7/31/2023 and failed it because it did not have a tag and because of a "low test". Since then, rather than making the corrections and rescheduling the inspection, Philip has either not answered the phone and texts, said he would reschedule but not follow through, or given excuses like 1) he's overbooked, 2) he woke up with a fever, 3) etc. Today is 8/10/2023 and I've had to hire another plumber to do the job. I told him that I had people, that I did not want to lose, waiting to move into the apartment. He clearly did not care because he had been paid in full and did not care about my issues. I had stopped using them for awhile because they could not keep appointments but decided to give them another chance. After this, they've lost my business forever.

Don't pay this guy until you are sure the work is complete, including inspections. He ghosted me after six months and I still have a trench dug open in my backyard. Better yet, save your money and get a quality plumber. I wish I would have read his reviews before doing business with him.

Professional, good prices, and solutions to actually fix the issues... Not put a "band-aid" on it.

My main line was invaded by tree roots, which was planted beside the main cleanout by a previous owner. The inspection team marked the area, where the tree roots blocking for no cost. They gave me a reasonable quote, which is 50% less than ARS rescue Router or Blue frog plumbing. I ended up hiring them and the crew is very professional and fixed the issue in less than 3hrs - digging, cutting, replacing and back filling. The crew is very professional. I will give 5-star rating for their service even though they did not honor the schedule/time they have given me.

I was hoping that I would not have to replace the water heater - suspected the corrosion was at the tank. Technician called me right away around 1645 and requested that I text him a photo of the leak. He suspected that the problem was the copper hose and not the water heater. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning 0800. Technician's diagnosis was correct: a hose problem. I had four hoses for the two water heaters replaced. Problem solved! Fast, courteous, clean service. Tech wore shoe protectors. Easy billing via Square. If I need a plumber again, I will call Alternative again!

Good but when we had a problem they did not respond properly. Also when they were supposed to send an invoice in email it never came.

Good. There is a small problem with one of seats that needed adjustement. He told us he would be back gave us time and date, didn't show up. When called he said he'll call me after finishing a job, a few days ago, never did.
