Al's AC & Heating

Be aware!!!! Luis and his team (Alâ s AC & Heating) replaced my leaking evaporator. All appeared to go well but they performed a critical error that is going to cost me thousands of dollars! Without my approval, they blew the primary condensate drain line (rather than suctioning it) which lead to further plugging of the bathroom sink drain line that is connected to it. They didnâ t even check to see if my sink was freely flowing and rushed to their next job. This resulted in water back up from the sink and flooding of my bathroom, carpet and hardwood damage as well as seepage into my foundation/hardwood. After trying to reach him, he claimed zero fault and dropped all communication! Please avoid Alâ s AC and heating when it comes to your AC needs and learn from my mistake!

Luis is extremely professional, very prompt, transparent, and values excellence. Definitely my go to person for all things A/C related! I really appreciated the responsiveness and clarity in explaining how the parts work and what he was doing during the repair. Highly recommend them!

My AC went out overnight on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and they had my AC running again by 10 a.m. at a very reasonable price.

Louis tried to repair my current unit before letting us know we just needed a new unit due to a power outage. They did an excellent job with the install in a single day. Had to come back to make adjustments to the air flow but came back with no problem to be sure we were happy with the job. I will use them again when needed.

Luis was very helpful and kind. He responded to my service request really promptly and I'm really grateful for that.

I needed an A/C unit ASAP because the unit in my home had finally given up after 10 Years. I call Al's and talk to the owner and told what I had he told not to worry that he would take care of it and he did. The capacitor on our Carrier AC unit went out on a Sunday night, and the house started getting hot. We called Al's AC after seeing that they are experienced with Carrier ACs and they picked up at around 9pm on a Sunday night! They came out that night around 10pm and replaced our capacitor efficiently and explained to us what happened. Polite and thorough. I'm impressed that they were accessible and accomodating on a Sunday night so we didn't have to be in a hot house or find someone's house to go last minute. Thanks so much Al's!

Withut any delays, they came out on Saturday morning and did a quick check to see what the problem was. They went after the parts and had them installed by 2p.m. on the same day. Very good customer service.

The guys was very nice

They were honest and fair priced. They did their best to fix the old AC unit, but ultimately it had to be replaced and they did an excellent job! My house is nice and cool. They got the job done quickly. They pay attention to detail. When they installed the outside unit they noticed it was making a strange noise they uninstalled it, returned it to the supplier, and made sure that we got the best unit. The final job was done much more professionally than the original home builder job. Give them a call, You will be happy you did.

This was a great experience. It's nice to know that there are still honest hard workers out there. Luis was on time , quickly diagnosed the problem, and was fixed all within time promised and all at a reasonable cost. I will be calling on him for any future maintenance. Luis Mendoza defines professional in the service industry. I put in a service ticket and less than 5 minutes had a response. Prompt service he was at my residence within the hour.
