Great price. Techs showed up when scheduled and were finished within 6 hours for a complete HVAC replacement. Sales rep was very helpful, providing 3 options with pricing.

I've replaced two full residential units with this company over the past 12 months. I renovate residential houses and will be replacing more in the future for that in the future. They replaced a unit at a flip house and damaged the attic entry ladder and fixed it right away. I was very happy with their service and intended to be loyal for life. I thought they had some integrity. I was wrong. If you aren't spending 10K replacing a unit they don't need or want you as a customer. They removed the small charge an old unit had so it worked when they got here, now it doesn't work at all. Now I have a tenant that is boiling with no AC. They claim there is a leak but refuse to show me unless I let them do $2,000.00 worth of repairs first or just forget about everything else and replace it for $7,000.00 They don't have integrity. They are clearly attempting to remove an old unit (old but still working) before it needs to be replaced just to make money without regard to what spending that money means to the homeowner. It's shameful and I'm gonna tell everyone I know and try to tell everyone I don't know. Beware.

They responded quickly, offered to bring AC units over for the weekend since they could not install until Monday morning. The price was pretty comparable to one other AC company, but the other company didn't respond to my texts/emails quickly, so I chose the company that did! Installation was quick and efficient, and the AC has been running well ever since!

We ve only used Air Specialists since they installed our units in the home we built. We are on their service plan where they come out twice a year and check the a/c in the spring and the furnace in the fall. We ve requested Joe each time as he is open, honest and always takes time to educate us about our units and answer any questions we might have. With Joe servicing our units twice a year he can catch anything that might change in the 6 months. It s easy to call in for our service appointments and also to pay ahead on the phone. Great job Air Specialists. We are very happy customers.

Johnny the install supervisor was an excellent listener, provided alternative solutions to a couple A/C issues, and answered my questions so that I understood the entire company customer process.

Correct diagnosis of the problem and fair price

I have used Air Specialists for approximately 12 years. Never had anything other than excellent service. The technicians are pleasant and work cleanly and neatly.

From the initial inspection to the installation everything went as promised. Great company to work with.

We have at least 5 AC companies that gave us a quote for a complete install (condenser , air handler, evaporator, line set filter dryer, pull out switch,ect.) Carrier 5 ton 16 seer. Quotes range from 6800 to 14400 yes outrageous 14400 . Air specialist gave us the best value not the cheapest but best in value and their workmanship is very neat. I am an HVAC EPA certified but underwent a surgery at the time my AC failed and could not do any heavy work . I was there with the installation crew all the time and they are impressive,courteous and very professional.

Professional workers, would recommend then 2 other jobs

After much research and consulting with several companies, we did not choose the less expensive, but the one that seemed most knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Crew was very efficient, clean and did the job in one day. Highly recommend this company.
