They are wonderful, my friends also use them. I didn't use them for my recent issue because they couldn't get there fast enough. It happened to be a busy time for them. They are reasonable, the guy is very knowledgeable and he never has to come back for a repair. They can repair almost anything. I've had them work on my washer, dryer, microwave and they seem to beable to do anything.

I am very pleased with the quick service I always receive from Advance Appliance when I call them. The oven in my house has been pulled out by them a few times now and they always do a great job. The oven is in the wall and has been there for many years, and anytime we need service work, we call Advance. They are very professional and knowledgeable around my oven.

I use Advance quite often. The services they provide are great. The pricing is reasonable. Although, I cannot pinpoint an exact price because I have used them so much. The people are always really sweet. They are always prepared. It seems as if this company knows everything. If I ever need anything done, I definitely call them first. If they cannot do it, then I start to worry.

The technician came over the afternoon we called. He arrived fifteen minutes before he said he would, and went right to work on the problem. All while he was working he explained how the control panel functioned. The job was finished in less than an hour, in one trip. Apparently the part that failed has been a problem in many of these models, so he new enough to bring it with him. He was a very out going and nice man, and left no mess for us to deal with.

Advanced Appliance returned my call quickly and came by to give an estimate for repairing my icemaker. Their prices were fairly reasonable, and they explained how the motor to the icemaker would cause it not to make ice. The repair was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on and the technician showed up on time. He did a thorough check on the refrigerator and after replacing the motor to the icemaker; he checked other parts to make sure the refrigerator didn't have any other problems. He did an excellent job and cleaned up any mess.

PHONE CALLS TO HOUSE FROM OFFICE STAFF WERE PLEASANT. NO DETAILS WERE GIVEN, IE EXTRA CHARGE FOR CLEANING OUT THE DRYER VENT, NO ITEMIZED INVOICE UPON RECEIPT AND PAYMENT OF SERVICES DETAILING COST AND WHAT WAS DONE.
