I hired them a year back to replace a water heater and install the whole-house filter - they did a good job back then. Fast forward this year. Called them to replace a tub faucet, appointment between 2-4pm. No show. Text, we are running late, after 5pm a call - they are not coming. Rescheduled for the next day. Okay, next day the guy shows up, does a decent job. When he left I noticed that the faucet is dripping - fine, stuff happens. Calling them back - I can get you the guy there right now, done. Calling back in an hour - the guy left for the day, I can get you someone between 2-4pm. Fine. 3pm - we are running late. 7pm a call - we are coming now. No, thank you, your time was between 2 and 4 and I am not here sitting and waiting for your inability to manage your jobs. Oh, and not a word of an apology, it is like that is the way it is supposed to be and I should be grateful they are even talking to me after I paid them 800 for the incomplete job. All in all - look somewhere else, save yourself trouble.

Our plumber was able to diagnose the problem after 3 other plumbers were unable to. We will definitely call them whenever we have a plumbing issue.

Plugged drain outside of house. Came out the next day, showed us the video of the tree branches in our line, gave me a quote over the phone and I had them start work. Finished in a few hours and left with our system drain restored.

I felt they were very ood and up front about all the work required. I did find their quotes just a bit pricey, but I went ahead with them as they guarantee their work and certified pros. They also suggested one add to the project - patching up a small roof gap near the water heater vents and I also went with that. All finished on time as promised.

The technician they sent was unprofessional and deceptive. He told me that one of my water heater gas control unit was bad and had to be placed. I told him it should be under Warranty. H e said I had to call the Manufacturer myself but I told him that I never had to call the manufacturer myself. ALL the while I trusted him and gave him another project I did not mention while searching Homeadvisor site. While he was working on the later project I decided to call Rheem, the manufacturer. The agent at Rheem demanded to speak with 1-800-Plumber tech but he refused to give them his name, the company he was working for, nor explained his diagnosis of the water heater. I was very upset and called his Supervisor who was asked him to corporate with the Rheem agent. Rheem found out that only some wiring unit on the Control kit was faulty, not the whole unit and they would be responsible for both parts and labor. It was at that point I realized why he wanted him to get the part myself and they would come and fix it at a charge of $350.00, so cruel. That also put doubts on him advice per the other project. I will never hire nor recommend 1-800-Plumber again.

Kyle came when he said he would. He stayed in touch through out the day. Was very quick and efficient. If you need a plumber call Kyle.

Replaced old toilet with new one. Worked quickly and was on time .hauled away old toilet.. great job..was very happy afterwards

While Jeff was repairing the sink, he noticed issues with the garbage disposal and corrected these issues also. These were not involved in the original complaint and we were grateful for his professionalism.

Brad came out on short notice to fix my "no hot water" problem. Got us up and working for showers tonight. I will have them replace my hot water heater tomorrow. Very professional and honest. He discussed options for tank and tank-less heaters. Very knowledgeable. Not trying to sell anything. Just trying to help.
