This week one, one of the 18 year old blinds finally had a problem (The cord broke.) Called Steve for help, and he jumped right on it. His customer service, work quality and prices are top notch! Perfect scores all around!

They were polite and they gave me exactly what I wanted. I ordered the blinds on the 3rd and they installed them yesterday. They were fast, they were clean, and they did a stellar job. I'm very happy with the blinds, I got quality. I would use them again.

Everything went very well. Steve is a true professional and was very helpful in helping me decide to put blinds on two french doors which had roll-up shades on them. I am very happy with all my new blinds and the whole process - from start to finish - was done in two weeks.

great job, no issues, will use again....... i was concerned about the installation process since that room had new wooden floors, steve took extra care to cover the floor where the ladder would be and cleaned up the area completely the blinds look great

STEVE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, PUNCTUAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE BLINDS, MEASURING AND INSTALLATION. HE WAS VERY CREATIVE IN MATCHING COLORS TO WALLPAPER AND CREATING THE EFFECT THAT I WANTED. IT WAS A VERY PLEASING EXPERIENCE.
