Professional Pool Plastering gave my 18yr old pool an updated look with Diamond Brite plaster, glass tile and travertine coping.  The level of professionalism and communication from the owner was superior.  The crew did an exceptional job and kept everything clean when they were done for the day. The owner personally inspected each stage of the job to ensure we were satisfied and started up the pool with chemicals. We are 100% satisfied with the results.

The pool was partially jackhammered and Benjamin came to me and said there was fiberglass in the old plaster and that he would need more money to complete the job. I paid him. After the pool was completed, the pool looked and quot;blotchyand quot; as if the plaster was applied unevenly. I called Benjamin back and he came over and looked at the pool and said that it was caused by the old pool heater. My pool maintenance company said that it was the plaster job not the pool heater. I changed the pool heater and the problem still remains. I also had Professional Pool Plasters refinish my pebble deck, I have two cracks in the deck and have talked to Benjamin and he contends that he can no longer find the people that did the work and he doesn't know how to repair the cracks. Not satisfied with the customer relations.

Their price was great. We had two other people that gave us estimates and he was about $2000 cheaper than them. They did a good work and I would recommend them.
