I was happy with them. He did a good job. He didn’t get the stain out, but he said if he couldn’t get the stain out no one could. He did everything else fine, he got the stain out partially, just not all the way. I guess the price was good, I didn’t really compare. Somebody had given a good reference for the company, so I just called. I felt the price was fair. I don’t know what to rate the price, because I don’t know how much it cost to do one room. I just hired them and paid them. He did a good job on the carpet but he didn’t get the stain all the way out, but maybe it can’t come all the way out, I don’t know. I didn’t call them or anything, when he left we both knew that the stain wasn’t coming out. He did come out right away. He arrived on time.

It was flawless.  I had small things moved.  Andrew and Lance were very professional and are a great Team!  Definitely Recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

I called yesterday and the techs, Chris and Marvin, came out this afternoon. It was a relatively small job, to stretch some carpet that we'd had replaced after damage from hurricane Ike 7 years ago.  There was one major hump and one or two others.  They stretched where necessary and opened a seam to trim, then re-made the seam.  The result is excellent and the price was very reasonable, especially with the senior discount.

I found Pathfinders on Angies List.  They were very prompt and very professional.  I was pleased with their quick work.  Will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Price was very reasonable.

We purchased the Pathfinder Deal through Angie's list for $429. We had used Pathfinders before and already knew they were a very good company. The two men were very polite, professional and extremely careful with all of our furniture. They were here on time and started working after we talked about what pieces of furniture not to move. Because we have pets they spot cleaned and used a pet enzyme which I paid more for but is well worth it if you have pets. We are very happy with the way our carpet looks and would definitely use Pathfinders again.

I was very happy with the service as well as the work!  I just called them today to arrange another home to be cleaned.

They did a really good job. They did the carpets in 5 rooms. They were able to get our most of our pet stains and it looks a lot better. It took them a couple of hours. Two guys came out and they were safety conscious and I appreciated that.

I called Pathfinders Carpet Cleaning after a referral from a carpet company. The people that I talked to on the phone were friendly. While most companies charge by the room, this company charges by the square foot; this makes it kind of hard to know what you are looking at paying price-wise unless you know the square footage of your areas. Anyway, the 2 man crew showed up on time and I think they did a thorough job. They were not able to remove all the spots on the carpet, but the carpet is white, so that may have made it harder to clean than other colored or patterned carpets. I would use Pathfinders again.
