 + -1 moreI ordered an arrangement from Austin to be delivered to a funeral home in Pasadena, Texas. I got a receipt by email stating they would deliver the day of the wake. My sister happened to go to the wake and didn't find the flowers. She called the florist and they claimed they delivered, they were really rude and she hung up on my sister. My sister then called the funeral home, they checked their log and said they didn't have any record in their log. She called the florist again, they claimed they made a mistake and thought they had delivered, they said they'd send an arrangement at no charge, which is post funeral at this point.
Description of Work: Florist was supposed to deliver flowers to a wake in another city. Didn't get there and they were rude to deal with.
