We had an appt., she was 15 min. late; so I called to see if she was coming and she said she was just about to text me that she would be late as she needed to handle some personal business. She showed up 45 min. late. I showed her the house when she arrived and she wanted to charge more than we discissed on the phone. When I declined, she came down to the original quote. She was doing a terrible job, fogetting to clean the toilet, not dusting but saying she did. After I showed her that the furniture could not possibly have been dusted, she said she would go over it again. I came back and she totally did not dust some furniture. She was yelling in Persian on the phone, the entire time she was cleaning, I couldn't conduct phone calls in my own home and had a major headache! I told her that things were not working out and asked her to leave. I paid her $50 for partially cleaning 2 rooms; and now I have to go back and clean what she didn't plus the rest of the house. So disappointed.

Price is reasonable. They took the time to make sure did a good cleaning. This company you can trust them. She does a very good deep cleaning.

They take their time cleaning every small area. They do deep cleaning and they always on time and text when they are on their way to do the cleaning.

Cleaned the house pretty well for the most part. Was quite a bit more expensive than discussed over the phone and did not do a very good job communicating up front.

I hired LuLu. She's done a fantastic job. Not only does she take care of the basics, but she's always looking for other things that need cleaned - like windows, vent hood, cabinets, etc. She works hard and it shows.

I was very happy with the service. She did a one time cleaning and worked completely independently which I find to be rare. I do not regularly use a cleaning service so I am not accustomed to today's prices which seem a little high. However it is so nice to have the entire house so orderly and clean I hope to be able to find money in the budget for her on a regular basis. I

She left standing water on the counters after cleaning them, there was some kind of cleaning chemical left on the tile wall of the shower that was slick to touch not good for a shower
