THE WATER HEATER HAS NOT PRODUCED HOT WATER FROM THE DAY IT WAS PUT IN.

Lowe's put in the new door that we bought from them and we just love it. The job that the sub-contractors did getting it in place was great. The door and frame is all square and there aren't any flaws from the install. They guy who installed it represented them very well and did a quick and complete job. We also like the choices we had for doors at the store, and everyone knows the prices are great. This was a good all around experience and I will use them again in the future.

Lowe's did a real good job at installing the floors in my dining room, bedroom, and living room. They also did a good job with the tile in the kitchen. I do, however, feel like they were a little expensive, but for the quality of work, it was about right. They were always on time, and they were polite and professional.

Lowe's came out to install the French doors that I purchased from them. The doors look great and they did not scratch or damage the doors upon delivery or installation. We had a bad leak around the old doors, but when they installed the new doors, it was gone. Overall, they did a great job I think.

THE DELIVERY PERSON CAME OUT SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO ME BEING UNABLE TO BE THERE DURING THE TIMES I HAD BEEN GIVEN. THE DELIVERY PERSON WAS VERY UNDERSTANDABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. SITUATIONS OCCURRED AND LOWE'S EMPLOYEES FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON TO DELIVERY PERSON WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL AND UNDERSTANDING.
