Liberty Reconstruction

Chad Green cashed out $5k check for the kitchen cabinets down payment.  He has never installed the cabinets.  He would not provide his current address or DL#.  He is a CON MAN. He repeatedly promised delivery and did not do it over a 3 month period of time.  My husband tracked him down in Pasadena, TX.  Chad now says he will return our money, but I do not believe it.  My husband has contacted the police.  Send me a message if you want info on how this progresses. Chad is still doing work in Pasadena - had construction supplies in the back of his truck, and has promised us our money when he is finished with his current job.

The experience has all been good. They paid attention to detail. They started two weeks ago and finished this week.

Chad Green, the owner of Liberty Reconstruction, split with the advance and has not produced a product and will not return any of our phone calls.  Even worse, he removed the raised panelling off of the wall where the bookcases were to be installed so now the wall looks like a giant tic-tac-toe board.  We are currently trying to file a claim against his general liability insurance company but may not be reimbursed for the damages he has caused to the wall.  Plus we will never be reimbursed for the time and embarrassment he has caused our company not to mention the $1,700 advance he pocketed.  (By the way, Chad did return his insurance agent's call so he is still alive and well.)
