Great!  Mike (owner) always promptly returns my calls, takes a lot of time to answer all questions thoroughly, is very knowledgeable gives an approximate time of arrival and always calls to let me know he is on his way.  I used his company for repair/maintenance on my old system and not only did he give the best price quote for replacing my heating and air conditioning system, he gave a complete and thorough explanation of what my options were and did not use any "hard sell" tactics.  Later when my husband called to ask more questions he was patient and very helpful.  When it came time for replacement his workers arrived on time and were thorough.  I felt even more confident in my choice when the installer said, "I'm sorry for this taking so much time, but we want to make sure this job is done right.  If you go too fast, that's how mistakes are made and we don't work like that."  Not only that but when they were finishes, rather than being in a hurry to collect payment and leave, they took time to answer any and all questions and give a thorough explanation of what they did and how to maintain the system.  Mike is my "go to" guy for heating and air conditioning!
