I've been going to her for about 15 years. It has been voted the #1 hair salon is Pasadena for about the last 4 years. It's easy to get in. The staff is wonderful. They were pretty reasonable in pricing.

I discovered this place about 6 months ago. It is right outside my neighborhood, but I had never used it to get a hair cut because it was a salon. You know, facials, massages, waxing, nails, skincare, etc. You know, foo foo stuff for girls. I also assumed that because it was a and quot;spaand quot;, that they would charge an arm and a leg for a simple hair cut. But after years of going to all of the chain hair cutting places and getting terrible haircuts from and quot;professionalsand quot; I was desperate. I figured I would at least walk in this place and get a price. They were so friendly and accommodating right from the beginning. Their prices are no higher than the chains, but the service is the best I have ever had getting a hair cut. I have used 3 different people, and every one of them gave me a great haircut. I went in today, and it had been about 2 months since my last hair cut. I was so surprised when I starting talking to the lady and she asked about my autistic son and about my wife's job. I was blown away that she had remembered those details about me. It was just another example of how they are such a superior business.

I have used Carol of Image Makers for the second time and she is wonderful. I went in the first time with a small picture and vague description of what cut I would like. She and I talked about it and she told me it may take awhile to grow my lengths so the cut would work. She worked with my hair for appx. 45 to an hour until she was satisfied with the end result. My second appt. was just as pleasurable and my cut is almost perfect to where I want it to be. Thanks Carol and Image Makers.

I was a walk-in, and was helped immediately. Mary B did the cut and did a great job. She tried to convince me to get more work, like a permanent and coloring, but cheerfully went along with what I wanted. The salon is a friendly neighborhood place.
