Golden Floors

Description of Work: I am a amazed by Golden and his crew. You wll be thrilled with his work and with him. Every day he arrived on time, worked continuously, took a short lunch break, on site and stayed late. He is very tidy. He cleaned up and swept every day. No tools or rubbish or any lights left on, just no mess when he departed each day. Golden doesnt smoke so there were no smoke breaks. He carefully tracks his workers. Golden does tmuch of the hardest work himself, like stairs and corners and is on his hands and knees much of the time sanding the tough areas by hand. Golden has new equipment and knows excatly which sanding wheels to use on different areas. Golden sanded 3100 square feet of floors down to the boards. Several other rooms did not need sanding as they were seldome used. He lighted sanded those rooms and put poly on them and buffed. He matched the stain perfectly on the areas where he had to sand down to the boards. I could go on but am out of space for my review.
