They are nice but they are not professional, there is a fine line there; they are kind of casual.  In terms of purchases, the store’s biggest problem is that they do not have quite enough expert people in there some of the time.  Saturday it is pumped up with people but during the week it can be difficult to find help at the store.

I took my hard-drive to the Geek squad, during the Christmas holiday, and asked them to get my emails, pictures and all data off of the crashed hard-drive. The price for this service can go up to $159 and I told them if I needed to pay the full amount, I would. They called 3 days later and had my info on disk for me and only charged me the $99. It was worth the money!

The computer technician took my call promptly and came around to give an estimate. His prices were very high, but I paid ahead of time because I needed my computer. The computer repair was scheduled on the spot and the technician was well prepared. After he checked out the computer, he simply cleaned everything off and reinstalled the system, which I could have done myself. I was not impressed with him because I felt he wasn't truthful and the customer service wasn't as professional as they should have been.

THE SALESMAN WAS VERY PATIENT AS WE WENT THROUGH EVERY ITEM. HE HELPED US PICK OUT ONE THAT HAD GOOD QUALITY AND PRICED.

BEST BUY HAD GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A GOOD PRICE. THEY DID GREAT WORK AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS.
