It always goes well. They are very helpful to not only myself, but to everyone who comes in during the time that I am in the store.

The ring was sized and repaired perfectly.  Ring was ready before the promised pick up day. Pricing was awesome, friendly service and I will definitely use them again for any of our jewelry needs.

He was awesome! Very professional and knew what he was talking about. He told me exactly what needed to be done to get the result I was looking for and adhered to every request. He even told me things about the ring I hadn't noticed. He was very prompt and the quality of work can't be beat. I will definitely go there again.

When I placed the order I requested a yellow gold setting. The person placing the order accidentally had put white gold in one spot. When I went to pick the ring up it was white gold not yellow. They did order another ring and got it to me within 3 days and it is beautiful. They were very apologetic and they did not give me any troubles when I brought up the issue and resolved it quickly and professionally.

I thought I had a bent or maybe broken prong on my engagement ring and my watch had stopped running.  Having read the reviews for Frank's and Sons on Angie's list, I decided to give them a try.  I will now be a loyal customer for life.  They are by far the BEST jewlers I have ever met - and I used to work for a well known jewelry company.  They took a look at my rings and watch and gave me an honest assessment.  The watch simply needed a new battery; but the engagement ring needed a new head.  I did not tell them that I new anything more than your average housewife and they took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it and showed me exactly what they were talking about.  It was clear to me that they were absolutely right.  They gave me an estimate and a time frame to complete the work.  I was very pleased with both.  Then they got it work done in less time than estimated and came in under the estimated price and the work is BEAUTIFUL!!!

One of the small channel-set diamonds on the side of my wife's wedding ring was lost.  We went to the same Jeweler where we originally bought the ring 30 years ago.  At the time they were a small new family owned store.  Since then, they moved to a larger/fancier space.  They quoted $833 to re-build the channel and replace the lost diamond.  Because of the amount quoted, I decided to get another estimate.  I found Frank's & Sons Jewelry on Angie's List and based on the previous reviews, had them give me an estimate for the same work.  Their assessment was the same as the original jeweler for re-building the channel and
replacing the lost diamond.  They quoted $175!  We had that work done as well as having a sterling silver charm soldered onto a bracelet (no charge) and having a battery replaced in a watch.  The work was done in 3 days as promised and all was handled with quality and professionalism. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone else.

My wife lost the diamond in her wedding ring, and after 2 hours of searching we finally found it in the hallway.  Needless to say, we wanted it fixed immediately.  We went to Frank's and Son's and selected a new head for the ring.  Since we were already going, I took a watch with a cracked crystal in for repair at the same time.  They put the head in, reset the diamond, and cleaned the ring in 2 days.  They had to order a crystal for the watch, so it took another 3 days.  While we were there, we found they were giving a good price for old gold jewelry, so we took a couple of old, damaged items in when we picked up the ring and they more than paid for all the repairs.  I thought the crystal was a little expensive, but I did like the work they did, so I am happy with the entire experence.  Nice people, seem to be very competent and were timely with the repairs and right on with the time it would take.  I had a coupon from AL, so it also made the total cost very reasonable.  I will use them again.

They chanaged the clasps, one a simple exchange they did while I waited and the other somewhat more complicated. I had a necklace with a silk rope tie that I wanted to be able to wear in different lengths. They came up with an elegant solution, far beyond a simple chain extender on my black silk strand.

FRANK WAS VERY PLEASANT AND SO WAS HIS STAFF. THE JEWELRY WAS BEAUTIFUL AND HE WORKED FAST.

THEY DID THE JOB FAST AND THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME THAT MUCH AT ALL.

I WAS IN AND OUT IN JUST A FEW MINUTES. THEY FIXED THE WATCH PERFECTLY. THEIR SERVICE PEOPLE WERE KIND.

THE STAFF IS COURTEOUS, AND THEIR WORK IS IMPECCABLE. THE JOB IS DONE AND READY WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL BE, AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A PERSON, NOT LIKE A JOB.
