Lawn Irrigation
Dr David returned my call quickly & stopped by to give an estimate. At the time, I thought his prices were reasonable, but after the job was finished, he said I owed him $1400 that wasn't quoted. The installation was scheduled as soon as we agreed on a day & Dr David's work crew showed up on time. He didn't include a rain gauge, because he said it was extra, but he did install the panels correctly. The pipes were gushing out water as high as my roof & it was a real mess. I feel as though I had to pay for his mistakes.
