The prices are good, the finished product looks good but the service is terrible. The installation was postponed twice, the installers (on the day they finally showed up) were 3 hours late causing them to have to work into the night, they left a terrible mess, large debris on the side of my house, contents of my cabinets all over the floor, put the seam in the wrong place, didn't install the sink as promised, tossed the hardware for the sink in a trash pile in the garage, unplugged the freezer in my garage to use the outlet and didn't plug it back in, left my sink out on the deck in the rain, and then when I tried to complain after the fact couldn't get a return call until I threatened to dispute the charges on my credit card. Shocker: After that message, I got an email within an hour, but was then basically yelled at in email for even complaining considering that I got a good price.
