This 2 hour job took 1.5 weeks and 3 visits to complete. The initial work was not up to code and I called them out on it. They took their time addressing it and felt I paid appropriately. I feel I was dismissed and disregarded. They were fine doing a substandard job while I had to rearrange my schedule twice to accommodate their poor performance.

Joe, Adolpho and Pedro were all excellent!  When Joe had performed some "emergency" work for me 2 weeks prior to this, it was apparent that I needed a new electrical panel and based on the emergency work he performed I contracted with Electrical Doctor to install the new panel.  Except for a few minor clean up issues everything went perfectly.  They were on time, worked very, very hard (never took a lunch break even though I encouraged them to do so).  I am very pleased with all of the work that was done and am very happy to be able to say "I have an electrician" for any future work.

Joe was at my house within 2 hours of the phone call Saturday morning.  He opened the breaker box and said "I see the problem".  He explained everything he was doing in detail and also told me what I already suspected...I need new breakers and new box since it is the original wiring from when the house was built in the last 1970's.  He provided me with the fix I needed to keep me going (safely) until he puts in new equipment in the next few weeks and he will credit the call I paid for today to the cost of the new work.  I cannot say enough good things about Joe Padilla and Electrical Doctor.

We needed service to a property and only had two days to get the work done.  We called the Electrical Doctor number and talked to the owner.  He met us at the property that same afternoon and we agreed to have him do the work.  The work was done professionally, and on time as promised.  All of the work was permitted and passed city of Pasadena inspection.  We were very happy with how he worked us into his busy schedule.  We will continue to use this company for all our electrical needs and recommend them to our friends and family.

Wow!! I am so impressed! I needed to have a ceiling fan installed in our great room, which has 18' tall ceilings. Jose gave me a great quote ... not the cheapest .. but I learned a long time ago never to sacrifice quality for a few dollars. They rented a special 16' ladder and had it installed in no time. And NOT A SINGLE wobble!! The ceiling fan looks great. I've found my new electrician!!
