He fixed the problem I had with the bathroom and a drain in another bathroom for less that $300. I just found them because they were local. They didn't try to over charge me and do unnecessary work. They came to do the job that needed to be done. They cleaned up everything, they were good.

To begin with when I called Deer Park Plumbing and Maintenance I got Heaton Plumbing when I questioned this Deer Park Plumbing only has a website. I personally think this is false advertisement! I was charged $953.70, $475.51 to replace a kitchen faucet with a Wolverine Brass Single Handle Faucet I am not sure the price on it I couldn't find on line and $478.20 to replace 3 Moen repair cylinders in my bathrooms. I found these cylinders on line for $20.00 each, the service tech was there a total of 3 hours. The service was great but I feel they are a little pricey and probably wont use them again. Can someone tell me if this is actually the going rate for this type service?

I purchased a new gas dryer to replaced my 20 year old one.  One the day it was delivered I was informed that it could not be installed because the gas supply connection was over 6 feet from the location of the dryer.  Evidently the code regarding gas connections has changed over the past 20 years.  
I called a plumbing company I had used before about the issue and waited a day and a half to get a call back.  I gave up on that company.
I called Deer Park Plumbing Wednesday afternoon and explained the situation.  Randy came out Thursday morning, checked out my gas connection in the garage, checked the gas pipe in the attic and gave me a quote of $190.00.  I agreed and he said a plumber would be out to do the work Friday.  
A gentlemen from Deer Park Plumbing called Friday morning to let me know that the plumber would arrive after lunch.  Delton and Ulisses arrived Friday afternoon and looked over the gas supply.  I also asked them to look at a sink in the bathroom that was draining slowly since they were there.  Delton fixed the sink in about 5 minutes.  After that they started working on the gas pipes. 
They were able to add a tee to the gas supply pipe for my water heater and add a valve for the dryer.  They also capped off the old gas connection to the dryer.  Ulisses check my heating unit in the attic to make sure it was self igniting and was not affected by the gas being turned off while the work was completed.  They also reconnected my existing clothes dryer until the new one can be delivered and installed.  
Randy, Delton and Ulisses were all very friendly, polite and professional.  I was very pleased with how quickly they responded to my call and completed the job.
As it turned out the final charge was $161.00, which was almost $30 lower than the original estimate.  They did not charge anything extra for the minor sink repair.
I am very pleased with the service I received.

Ken from Deer Park Plumbing and Maintenance arrived to our home on the scheduled date and time to repair the leaks in our main bathroom's sink and tub.   He completed the repairs to the sink as he had the correct parts with him at the time.   He was very professional and provided quality work.
Ken told us he would have to order/find the replacement parts for the tub, which still had the original 1958 parts.  We were told he would call when he had the new parts and was ready to return to complete the repairs.   After several days, we contacted them for an progress update.  A week later, Ken returned with all the parts and repaired the leak in the tub.
Overall, Deer Park Plumbing and Maintenance provided good quality as you could tell Ken is a very good plumber and the cost of the services were what I expected.   They could have been better at communicating with us during the week it took to get the parts and schedule a return date.
We will be using Deer Park Plumbing and Maintenance for our plumbing needs in the future.

Everything went well & is still not leaking.

I called them yesterday, and they showed up today.  They worked very fast.  I had already pulled the old toilet, so they took $50 off the price.  I still felt it was a little expensive considering I bought and picked up the replacement toilet myself.  They hauled away my old one at least.  They were in and out in 30 min, and probably did a better job than I would have.

The provider was able to locate a overflow gasket as a possible leak abd it was replaced. The other probable culprit was a non caulked tile to tub area. The tub will require scrubbing of current grout and a flexible silicone sealant to be placed. That portion was not offered as a repair choice..

It went very well and I am very pleased with their service.

He came out and did some work for me and he did a good job.  They're pretty good folks.  They do good work for a good price.  They got the job done pretty quickly. 

Ken & his helper came on time as they stated (they called when they were on their way) and assessed the issue in the kitchen. They thought the kitchen sink just needed some sealing but also said it may be an issue with the faucet. The next morning, the leak was back. So we went out and bought a new faucet. They came back that day on time again, and installed it. Prompt, quick, and good service. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

The bathroom valve is taking him awhile because it's a complicated problem, but the drain he was able to replace that in 10 minutes! We both looked at the drain together and tested it see if it holds water and it does. I was pretty impressed with how quickly he did that! I have hired other plumbers to do this kind of job and it took them much longer. He gave me a written estimate and as long as we stick to that, I will be happy.

They showed up at the time they said they would.  Were very professional.  Found the issue right away and fixed it.

They are efficient and neat. I have used them for the last 5 years probably.
