Cervando came out the same day I called and was very flexible on when he could start - worked around my schedule. Was there everyday for 4 days with his crew and even came as early as 7:00. Being that early, he was very respectful not to use power tools until later so as to not wake/disturb the neighbors. He worked the weekend knowing that I needed to close by Tuesday and move-in Wednesday. Great guy, extremely polite. Would recommend in a heartbeat!! He even removed two half walls that he knew I didn't want
Description of Work: I was buying a house and the main room was a sunken living/dining room. After a really bad rainstorm we realized the room was flooding. We decided that the best fix would be to raise the room to the rest of the house and fill in the 12x20 room with a concrete slab. This also included redoing an entrance area of 5x12 to further solve the problem and protect the room from future flooding.
