Used this company on one former installation.  The crew that did the installation was fine but you have to pull teeth to get an estimate.  Decided to try them again and it is even worse this time to get the estimate.  Estimator came out to do measurements and did not even have a tape measure or writing instrument.  Had to call twice to get the estimate and it still was not ready.  Then he did not put the correct information as to what we wanted on the estimate.  We will definitely be getting additional estimates from other contractors/installers before making a decision.
