Although the dryer decided to heat normally at the time Art showed up, he quickly identified the issue based on my description of what was happening and on his experience in fixing similar dryers with the same issue. It was great to have someone who could tell what was wrong even when we couldn't recreate the problem!    Art is very professional and honest.  He has been our "go-to guy" for large appliance repairs for years, and we have always been happy with his work.

I tried Art's when my usual repair service technician did not show up at the appointed hour. I was very impressed with his punctuality and courtesy. He explained the problem very thoroughly and did a quality repair. He definitely has become my prefferred vendor.

He had to do quite a bit of work and did a great job.  We have used him for about 5 years now.  It's a family owned business and we would recommend them.  Once, he checked my fridge and recommended that it didn't get fixed, that it was time to buy a new one.  So, he is very honest as well.

I was very happy with him.  He was prompt, and quick to complete the job.  His rates are excellent. 

He was quick and thorough, and I appreciate that he told me what I needed rather than trying to make money off of a repair.

They returned my call the same day I called to inquire about service. They came the day promised and completed the work the same day. Although it seemed a bit more expensive than expected, it was worth it overall

I called a number of business last week looking for someone to repair my machine. When most businesses did not return my call I did not know what to think. Art returned my call a number of days later, but at least he returned my call. And he did a great service by fixing the problem at a reasonable cost.

Service was timely, efficient, courteous and appliance is operating as quietly and working as well as if "showroom new" more than a week after the repair was made!

HE'S A VERY EASY GOING PERSON AND HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. HE WILL WORK YOU INTO THE SCHEDULE PRETTY QUICKLY AND HE IS TOTALLY HONEST. I WOULD LEAVE MY HOUSE AND FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIM INSIDE. HIS PRICING IS AFFORDABLE AND HE WON'T SELL YOU SOMETHING THAT ISN'T NEEDED.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND GOT THE JOB DONE.
