Andrew Aranda Painting

Contract was for the following areas and all touch-up areas within 30 days of completion: Repaint den entertainment center, bathroom trim and cabinets, trim in two bedrooms, trim, cabinets and ceiling in laundry room, kitchen cabinets and trim, master bedroom ceiling. Painters showed up on time daily and began work when expected. Sanding and prepping was done. Some areas were sprayed on and some were brushed. Owner and crew were courteous. Cleanup was done after each area was completed. Painted areas all appeared good when drying. I was told to give all areas time to dry a couple days and then call when I was ready to schedule the touch-up painting to complete the project. I did walk-thru of all areas and marked the touch-up areas with blue tape. There were multiple areas that needed touch-up. Some had not been sanded properly and paint was already trying to peel off. Some areas were either missed or needed a coat to smooth out the area. I began calling Andrew Aranda to schedule the appointment. Through the course of 3 to 5 weeks, I called and texted attempting to either get a return call, schedule an appointment, or find out why they never showed up and try to reschedule. The appointment was made a total of FOUR times and ALL four times they NEVER showed up. Andrew Aranda does NOT return calls or texts once he has been paid and the check has cleared. The couple of times he actually did respond to reschedule an appointment or offer an excuse for his crew were only after I tried to contact him numerous times. After the fourth no-show, I decided to file complaints throughout the area of Houston. There is NEVER an excuse for not returning texts, phone calls, or not showing up for an appointment without any notice. The job was not completed as promised. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this painter for ANY painting job. He works in the Pasadena, Clear Lake to Galveston areas.
