Let me start by saying that Ray is awesome! He doesn't quit until the job is done and done right!  Our systems were about 20 years old and completely inefficient. Ray came in with his team and put in a new 5 ton variable speed system and a smaller 2 ton unit along with all new duct work.  The whole process took about 2-3 days. The labor part was done in 2 days, but the thermostat wiring and setup took another 1/2, since we had 3 of them.  During the process Ray's team was timely, respectful and took great care to keep our house as clean as possible. I did have a few quotes from other providers, but Ray talked to me like a person, not a number, and he took the time to explain all of the options and the differences in types of systems. He also happened to be the most reasonably priced... about $1500 less than one of the competitors.  You will be happy you went with Airflow Master!

This job went awesome.  Ray is a great guy and did very good work.  He went out of his way to make sure the system will be easy to maintain in the future. I had big name A/C company quote this job and they were 30% higher. They also didn't take the time Ray did to explain to me all my options and what he recommends. Since this was a completely new system Ray did the design and it works great.
Ray worked on my schedule and was at the house when he said he would be at the house.  He also finished the job when he said he would finish the job.
While doing the work Ray and his team were very careful to keep the house in good shape as they worked.  As they cut out the registers in the attic they had a vacuum catching all the saw dust from below, nothing hit the ground.  Ray also made sure everything was set to code so I would have no issues with the permit.  He planks for the walkway in the attic out light and switches in convenient areas for future use.
If you are having A/C or heater work done you should call Ray.  He is a good person who sticks by his work.  He is also very reasonably priced compared to the big guys because he does not have the overhead.

1st off, Ray with (AIRFLOW MASTER) is one of those you can trust, and that is very important to me and to you. One of the main reasons I used him. The 2nd reason is job detail and quality. 3rd would be price. He is very reasonable and competitive. I heard about Ray through word of mouth at work. He and his crew showed up on a Monday and finished Tuesday evening. They started by ripping out the old furnace and a/c unit. Job consisted of new a/c unit outside and moving furnace up in attic from closet bottom floor. Not an easy job if you saw my attic and closet. My attic had about three foot of insulation in it. Thought it was going to be an issue, but I was wrong. They where very careful and worked through the mess in my attic. They also removed all the old vent hoses that was up in attic. I can't say enough about the demo part either. Excellent job there too. You know the thing about a good contractor is when he is finished with the job you find out, he has done these little extras for you. That will win me over all day and on Sundays too lol. I could keep rambling on but If I haven't convinced you to call Ray, well your bad then!  Give him a call you won't be disappointed. Airflow Master in Pasadena Texas call him 713-206-8872

Ray was very professional.  He was responsive and on time every time he came to see us.  His staff was very professional and courteous and really knew what they were doing.  They cleaned up the debris as they went and finished the job on the schedule we discussed.  Ray was a referral from a friend and I would certainly refer others to him as well.  Our new Lennox units work like charm.
