Description of Work: They told me that they no longer work on camcorders because the parts are too small for them to see. They have worked on a tape deck for me in the past, but unfortunately were not able to successfully make the repair. My advice to anyone wishing camcorder repair is to send it back to the manufacturer. Also, most of the companies listed on Angie's List as companies that do camcorder repair, either no longer do it, or never offered that service. All the Lock and Key companies that come up in the search, do NOT do camcorder repair. I do not know why they come up in the search.

+ -1 moreThe process was handled with courtesy and dispatch, from my first phone call until the two technicians left after the second house call. They delivered when they said they would, and did a good job. The cost seems high, but I have no means of comparison and judging by the way it was all handled, I am quite satisfied that these are good people.
Description of Work: Technician came to the house and collected my DVD/VCR which was not working. The following week, two technicians returned it in working order. I've no idea what they did to it but the bill reads "Power Supply Regulator Circuit." I gather that new parts had to be ordered and installed.

+ -1 moreTHIS ELECTRONIC REPAIR PLACE IS GREAT. WE TOOK OUR 5 YEAR OLD 27" INCH TV IN FOR REPAIR. THE ESTIMATE WAS FREE AND WE HAD A QUOTE WITHIN 24 HOURS. THE OWNER HAD TO ORDER THE PART HE NEED FOR REPAIR AND STILL HAD THE SET REPAIRED IN LESS TIME THAN HE ESTIMATED. THEIR PRICES WERE VERY GOOD. THEY ALSO REPAIR ALL OTHER TYPES OF SMALL ELECTRONICS.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED A 27" TELEVISION THAT STOPPED WORKING UNEXPECTEDLY.
