"It is not fair to blame the service center for the shortcomings of the manufacturer. We troubleshoot the items that comes into our shop for repair, we estimate the cost of doing the work and if the customer approves the repair cost then we order the parts needed. If the manufacturer does not make the part available or if the part is on "Back Order" there is not much the repair shop can do. Blaming the repair shop for this problem of getting parts is unfair."
