I always go with a Veteran own and operated business being a Veteran myself. 12 Stones Roofing, Veteran own and operated, as well as a Faith based business, were totally up front with their quote, and were very professional in their approach to my roofing needs. The best part, their clean-up after the work was completed was exceptional, unlike some other companies that have done work for me. I don't usually make a recommendation, I like keeping my friends, but with 12 Stones Roofing, they are the exception and I am totally comfortable in recommending them.

Andrew with 12 Stones did an awesome job in helping get us a new roof on house and garage, also the siding of the house and fix the ceiling in my kitchen & living room. My insurance only wanted to patch it but Nate started talking to them and now no patches ! These guys & this company is awesome. Thank yall so much.

Clayton Long was the professional salesman that got my garage apartment repaired due to a sudden and unexpected water damage due to a plumbing issue. It was the floors, walls, cabinet and roof that needed repair. I had a difficult time working with my insurance company and he was able to continue to work with them to get this claim processed to my complete satisfaction . I am grateful for his commitment to help me during this overwhelming repair.

I had shingles blown off my roof and with rain potential coming, Clark came the very next day to put a tarp-covering over the trouble spots. Very courteous, respectful, honest and patient. Told me how everything would work and if I needed anything to call and he would be right over. Clark went above and beyond what he had to do. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Work took longer than estimated due to not having material for guys to complete work timely. Estimated 1 day, took Actual 2 1/2 days. Overall cleanup when project complete was good, daily cleanup was poor.

Excellent service in dealing with Ivan before, during and after the sale. I did my own home maintenance for years and understand many of the systems that need repair/replacement. I learned a lot about changes/upgrades in the roofing industry over the years from Ivan. He had samples of all the products he would be using and I was impressed. He and crew arrived as scheduled did excellent work and followed with excellent clean up of the job site. Ivan was one of the most pleasurable and nice service individual I have ever dealt with in 30+ years. I did recommend 12 Stones to a neighbor that had stopped to chat and Ivan got his roof job. No concerns at all in using Ivan and 12 Stones.

Ivan, my project manager was extremely informative in the roofing process and made himself available to my numerous questions and concerns - always with a smile on his face! He is a man of knowledge and integrity, which was much appreciated in this world of failed people who over-promise and under-deliver. He delivered! The crew showed up promptly on roofing day, ready to complete three separate structures and didn't leave until the job was completed to my satisfaction. They were respectable and hard-working professionals. My yard was left completely cleaned of all job materials. Ivan was on-site throughout the project over seeing completion. Jason, the owner, also stopped by at the end of the day to make sure everything was completed satisfactorily. This company definitely walked their talk with integrity, customer service and high quality work. I would not hesitate to use them again.
