We had a break-in in July of 2011. They busted in a side door and busted out a bedroom window. They took everything electronic from that room. When I called the agency, they were very concerned and asked if I needed any assistance repairing the home so we would be "safe" for the night. Their adjuster was in my home within 3 days. He was out of state at the time. He was very polite and concerned by what happened. Within 1 week, I received a check to replace the door and frame(labor included), reimbursed for the window and money to replace most of the items. My homeowners insurance bill did not increase afterwards.I will not be switching anytime soon.
