It was like pulling teeth to get them out here and then my son paid an extra $20.00 on the side to get them to do the repair while they were here. It rained and the leak was not fixed and when I tried to get them back out and they assured me they would be here last Saturday and they didn't even have the courtesy to call and say they weren't coming. I am done will never refer them or use them.
Description of Work: In 2000 I had Paris Roofing put on my roof and I also referred them to my mom & they put on her roof. Recently I had a roof leak and my ceiling fell in on my floor in the upstairs bedroom. I called Paris Roofing. They took about a week to stop by they supposedly repaired the leaky area for an extra $20.00 on the side when they came. It rained again and it leaked again. Thank goodness I had not had the ceiling replaced yet because it leaked again. I made at least 4 calls to Woody the owner who assured me they would be here Saturday afternoon prior to the holiday on Monday. They did not call nor did they come by. I stayed in town so I could get this leak resolved and they didn't even have the courtesy to call and say they wouldn't be here. I will never refer them nor use them for a roofing job because if they can't fix a simple leak then I don't have the confidence they could replace a whole roof.
