He showed up while it was raining and fixed the leak. Then charged the unit with the refrigerant and verified the a/c was working properly. He was there approximately an hour. He charged $200.00 for the refrigerant and $130.00 for the labor and materials for fixing the leak. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

Within 40 minutes of our call, the repairman was at our house. He was quick and efficient, answering questions in an easily understood way. Stayed long enough to make sure that there was no more leaking from the pipes thawing out. The next most appreciated thing he did was to show me just how to avoid a future repair call by cleaning the drain regularly myself. He was at our house 30 minutes or less, and our air conditioner has worked perfectly since his service call.
