Jamar Contractors

Called about 3pm on Saturday 6/13/2020 and was told it would be around 7:30 before someone could come. Lane Preas arrived at 7:55 pm and stayed till 10 pm to fix a blown fuse, transformer, and shorted out electric wire. Lane was very professional and went out of his way to get our old unit working again. This is the 3rd time I have used Jamar and each time I have been extremely satisfied. I have a very old package unit and after I clened the coils I made the mistake of pucnturing a coil wiht a screw. To make a long story short it lost all freon and damaged the old compressor. They first arrived on a Sunday to get unit running again and charged me a fair price for that. They came back a second day to do some additional repair work for which they gave me a warranty. The unit is working better than it ever did and the final price came in under their original estimate! On top of that the the people and the work were high quality and they are all very nice people. I am an architect and and a builder and deal with a lot of contractors. I will be recommending them for all of my projects.

They called first and showed up right when they said they would.  They replaced the outside unit first, then worked on the inside.  They rebuilt the platform housing the old unit.  The installation went extremely well.  They were VERY professional and courteous.  They answered all our questions and went out of their way to explain everything.  

As they were packing up to leave I went looking for the installer to ask another question and found him sweeping my hallway.  I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for bi-annual maintenance and service.  I am VERY happy with this company.

They got there, did there job, and left.

Have not a thing to complain about. The guys doing the work cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased.
