When we called, they quickly came over to evaluate the situation. After quoting the price, they originally said they would be back later that day to take care of the problem. However, the job they were working on took longer to finish than they expected. They called as soon as they realized they wouldn't be able to do the work that day. We agreed that the next day would be okay. They showed up early the next morning to start on the job. They finished it safely & to our satisfaction. They took all the scrap away so we didn't have to deal with it.

The only problem we had with them was getting a receipt to include in a letter to our neighbor. It took a couple of phone calls, but we got it.

All in all we were pleased with the job & would use them again.
