BILLY SMITH APPLIANCE REPAIR

04/11/2017 my 4 year old refrigerators stopped working. I had purchased a whole kitchen package from Bill Smith back in December 2013. I purchased a 5 year warranty on the package. When I called them on 04/11/2017 they said that it would be a week before they could even check it out. I was told that the service person only comes to Naples two days a week and he was booked for the rest of this week. I was told that someone would call me on 04/18/2017 between 0800 and 0900 to schedule the appointment time. At 0910 hours, I had not received a call. I called and a lady named Lisa answered the phone. I explained the problem and she asked me to hang on. Without putting the phone on hold, she screamed to someone else that was in the same room with her. Do you have the schedule done yet!. When she got back to me I was told tha the service person would be by between 04:30 and 06:30 pm. At 05:50 he arrived. It took him less than 10 minutes to tell me that the refrigerator needed a circuit board. Guess what, the service person does not carry parts. Bill Smith will order them and call me sometime in the future. It has been 7 days so far without a high end refrigerator. I am very disappointed with Bill Smith service and would not purchase anything that needed to br repaired under warranty. Most people can not go without a refrigerator for an extended period of time. Thank goodness I have coolers. So a week later my refrigerator still does not work.
