ONE STOP FLOORING

It took only 2 days from start to finish. They do excellent work and will continue to use them for all flooring/remodeling.

I contacted this company to fix the floors in my partnt's home (deceased) because I wanted to rent the house. He told me the
conditions in which he would use carpet usually used for rental property. I had no problem with this. but my complaint is this.Because I live in Alabama and the house is in Texas (approx. 23 miles from his store) he would not work with me on it. The price quoted was
1500.00 but I could not do the full amount and asked if he would let me pay part of it and pay him in payments until paid in full.
He said he would not because he wasnt sure he could trust me to pay all of his price. I sugessed to pay full amount and carpet room by room a pay that way. He said he would do half the house at a time. He would not do what I wanted so he could be assured to get
his money. No matter what I came up with he said no. He wanted to cover the floors in my house on his terms. He stated if I
lived in Borger he would work with me because he was sure he could get his money. I told him I have someone that liaved in
Borger that has been helping me rent the house since 2001 and he was a dependable citizen of Borger. As a matter of fact he had
served as a councilman for about 5 years. and is well-known in Borger. He works for the Borger Independent Schools as a coach
and with the Park Seravice as a firefighter. He did not respond to this information so no definite date service was in place. He did
assure it would take about two to three days for the job to be completed. We had no more communication after this.
