H & H CONSTRUCTION

H&H Building systems are great salesmen BUT when it comes to delivering quality work, they are pathetic! Either they would start their workday @ noon, take a 2 hour lunch, and leave @ 4 pm OR they would no call/no show. If we tried to contact them, we couldn't get a hold of anyone. The owner (Ed Holland) would play dumb and act like he didn't know where his crew was when in fact, they were working on another project. All in all this was to be a 6 week project but it took 6 M O N T H S!!!! This was a horrible experience! I specifically asked for certain customizations and when those weren't performed, the foreman (Chris) acted like he didn't remember me requesting that customization. We are still not moved into the new addition because the bathroom tile was poorly installed so it had to be torn out. The A/C and heating unit we currently have is not strong enough to heat and cool the new rooms but we were told it was more than enough. Do Not Do Any Business With H & H!!!! Ed and Chris have terrible work ethic and even worse customer service skills!
