Explained to us how the process would go told us about the dust and dirt that will be coming into the house and tracked in from feet, explained the prep on the walls and painting process even retextured 2 walls at no cost tore cabinets out and i used them in my shop he uses awesome cabinet man all were very professional.

Dale needs to stay with his crew, they were NOT supervised. when they attached the gabled roof we had leaks so we had to hire a roofing contractor to completely redo the roof.That cost us extra.To be fare Dale did say he was sorry and he would reimburse our $1700.00 Not sure Dale knows what a turnkey job means. We had to hire a painter to finish the work there again that cost us extra.Dale is a nice person very likeable.
As of 7/3/2013 Dale has not refunded our $1700.00 for the roof that had to be replaced.
