I used HiTech for years. I no longer live in the valley but Armando and
his techs always did a phenomenal job. I have some knowledge about the
alarm system business and I measured who I wanted to do business with by honesty and experience, what they were trying to sell me and not sell me. HiTech didn't try to over sell nor undersell me. An undersell would be leaving us vulnerable for the sake of being the lowest bid. Oversell would be over lapping redundancy.
I had them install systems in two homes.
The reason my price was so low due to my knowledge of alarm systems I ran all the wire so there wasn't that cost.

They were very punctual and explained the system to me when finished. They were accurate on the amount of time the job required so I could plan my work day around it. They had upgraded my old system 2 years ago, and that went well, also. The faulty sensor was a left over from the original installation; they did not charge me for replacing the sensor.
