Very well. Mr. Garza was immediately responsive from my first call -- unlike every other garage door entity I spoke with -- and arranged installation and dispatched the installer the same day. Joe the installer completed the job in less than two hours, including clean-up. Totally professional from beginning to end. Couldn't be more pleased. High recommendation.

Wow!!! Garza Garage Doors did an outstanding Job. I called several Garage door companies and they would just give me the run-around. When I called Garza Garage Doors, There was an immediate answer on the phone by Mr. Garza. I explained to him that I needed my Garage Door replaced immediately...and I explained that the other companies I called all asked me if I could wait a couple of days for my install since all the technicians were so busy, then Mr. Garza replied with"- I have all my Technicians out on Job sites as well and and they are all really tied up at this moment, but since I understand your urgent situation, I will go out and install it myself right now!" How cool is that? the owner himself came to the rescue in less than 30 minutes...and he did a terrific Job on the entire installation. ( New Double Garage Door- New Electric Garage Door Opener- New remote and Key Pad. He pulled off this big job by himself within two hours. I would definitely call Garza Garage Doors again. ~Rick

Called several other companies recommended on Angie's list today from 8:05am to 9:10am. there were no answers. Left messages regarding my need for garage service. When I called Garza's Garage Door, Mr Garza answered, we scheduled an appointment. The worker (David) arrived promptly. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a fantastic job.I will definitely hire this company again if I need a garage door job.

No one was at home when they did the job. it was an emergency but my wife and I both had to work. They left the invoice in an envelope at the back door. they trusted us to mail them a check. They were right about the torsion bar. before, the door was jerky. Now, A year later, the door works very very smoothly.

Incredible service experience. Called them yesterday, knowing that I would leave a message, but the owner answered.
Spoke, asked me to call back and leave a message as he had forgotten that the answering service picks up, and that he'd schedule me for first thing in the week. Next thing I know, their repairman David is here first thing this morning. What's even more cool is that David was the one who installed this garage door when this house was built (we're the 3rd owners)!
Very nice guy, very professional, knows his stuff, and I feel that they went above and beyond. I will STRONGLY recommend that you have Garza's Garage Doors do any work needed for you.
I don't normally praise someone like this, but they did great work.

We left the garage door open and went to work. They came, did the work, slipped the invoice under the back door, and closed the garage door. The new springs completely resolved the problem with the doors sticking as they opened. we mailed them a check.

I called and told them what I needed. I explained the problem and they diagnosed what he thought what the problem might be. When he came to check it out it was what he thought and he fixed it . Very nice and very professional.

I had been trying to connect with Garza Doors for so long, that I almost gave up. I got a quote over the phone, and they actually came out the day before to measure for accuracy. They do not charge for their estimates which was the ultimate deal breaker between them and another company. I got a quote from Mr Garza, and the work was done by Dave. Many components had to be replaced due to the age or break down of the materials. When I asked if I needed to replace the motors I was told as long as they work, it would be an added expense. The doors look great, everything about how to manage or use the equipment was explained and the warranty is fantastic.
Once we connected the experience of the work and customer service was worth the wait to get the job done. Very friendly, hard working and even in the heat the job was well done and timely!

I had used this company once before and was pleased so when I got home one day from the grocery store and my garage door would only open 2 inches, I figured I would probably call them again. Unfortunately for me, the garage was the only way for me to access my house and I had a car load of groceries, including raw meat, ice cream and milk. I called Garza's and they were very responsive. It probably took close to an hour for them to come out, but it was lunch time and considering I had no appointment per se, I wa pleased with that amount of time. The guy came out, was personable, helpful and knew what he was doing. It was a very good experience, I felt the price was fair and I'd use them again!

One of the springs on our garage door broke and the door would not open. After consulting numerous companies giving me a wide range of prices, we decided to go with Garza Doors because of price, ratings/reviews, and overall feeling after peaking with Mike. We could not have chosen better. The price quoted is exactly what we paid with no surprise costs or the need for extras after they got there. We ended up getting both springs replaced for the low price of $198. We would definitely use them again.
