It was fast. Everything else was good. Everything else went really smooth. They did what they had to do. They went over some stuff with my husband and left. I'm not sure if companies usually do this, but one of the things that I noticed that they didn't do was to call back and make sure to see if the system was working correctly. The price was reasonable compared to other companies that we had gotten a quote from; they're one of the cheapest. The quality, responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism were all good. They called in and said they were coming, and they were here.
Description of Work: Chapa's A/C & Heating came and set up our system. They installed two machines for us.

It wasn't a big problem but they were able to fix it pretty quick. It was a simple thing but I didn't know how to fix it. It was a good experience.
Description of Work: We used Chapa's Air Conditioning and Heating a couple weeks ago. The air conditioning was kaput and they fixed it.
