This service event went very well, as expected. Mr. Drake is all about customer service and quality!
I am in the process of a major remodel and AC services and upgrades are part of that remodel. Drake Air has been my go-to company for all my AC needs on this project. One of the notable upgrades was to balance the air flow in one room and reduce the vent noise for that same room. I am happy to report that those completed tasks are a major success!
Going forward Drake Air will be my go-to company for all my AC and Heating needs.

The first crew on the job realized quickly that the job was over their heads and stopped working (on a Wednesday). Tony called me immediately, explained the situation and said that he was working on finding another crew. Received a second call later that afternoon stating that he found another crew who would be available on Friday. The second crew showed up as promised and completed the job quickly and professionally.
Tony was quite apologetic for the crew problem but in my opinion, approcahed the problem in a professional manner and the job was completed to my satisfaction.

As we explained last summer, there are specific equipment brands that require contractors to purchase the failed equipment or part initially (even those under warranty), then either the customer or contractor will be reimbursed upon warranty approval. It is our oversight for not clarifying this procedure upon your purchase, and we will definitely ensure that future customers are aware of this prior to their purchase."

Tony and his crew spent a few hours with us back in August to help us get our house back to a comfortable state.
The upstairs unit was not cooling properly and with some guidance and suggestions Tony got the unit back in shape. Also we had full attic insulation blown in and our house is very cool.
I would highly recommend Drake Air to everyone I know Thanks guys !!!
