+ -1 moreI truly hope nothing has happened to Mr. Cobble. If he is not ill, his treatment of a potential customer is very shabby.
Description of Work: He came and looked over the job site and eventually provided an estimate for work. over the phone. We agreed on a start date of July 13, 2014 based on amout of work he already had scheduled and my out of town trip. I asked for a written proposal and never received. He did not return my phone call on July 10th and has not contacted me. So, he has lost my business.
