James the plumber showed up and gave us options and how much each would cost. After we decided on what we wanted, he was here within 20 days. It took two days to get the gas on. I was very impressed as he was describing what he was doing.

They charged us $928 for putting in a hot water heater and it was extra because they had to re-plumb some of the pipes. So for re-plumbing some of the pipes, they charged us extra. That's how we have this thing built. The way the hot water heater was put in, it was not plumbed where we could do the service ourselves. My husband is a handyman around the house. The new plumbing that they put in and everything were to make it available for us to be able to do it ourselves if we have to put another hot water heater in. So they did plumbing and put in a hot water heater. We will definitely use them again in the future.
