Foundation Repair
They brought all the materials they needed to affect repair. Some piers were upgraded to 4x6 s instead of 4x4 s. All material not used was cleaned up and hauled away. This included old pipe left by the plumber. The beams in question had only surface water damage and didn't need replacement. Additional beams were added to bring the floor up to level. They replaced the section of underlayment that was rotted.
