Lisa was very professional and sweet.  I know she works off of commission but she never made me feel it was her top priority,  Her main concern seemed to be helping us find the perfect home.  Our house that we wanted to sell is & was in bad shape but she brought more potential buyers than other realtors had in the past and highlighted it's best assets and was never judgmental about it's condition. There were lots of personal issues going on in my life at the time and she was very understanding of that as well.  She worked well with our lender and always seem to go the extra mile to assist us in every way possible.  There is not one single thing that I could find fault with her service and wish her nothing but the best and would refer anyone to her. Lisa was the listing agent on my house.  Not only did she do a professional website on my property, but her photos on the MLS were of a professional quality.  She sent out postcards to prospective buyers with my property photos on the front.  They were really outstanding.  She really went out of her way to be communicative and helpful.  My house took longer to sell because I didn't listen to her when she told me what it would sell for.  I listed it too high, although she was very nice about it.  When it finally became obvious to me that she was right, she has brought me two full price offers pretty quickly, and during the holiday season when people are so busy.  She really does her homework, and has made this whole thing as flawless as possible.
