George Torma is an excellent a/c and heating professional. We have used his services going on 7 years now, and we are on our 2nd house. He is one of those rare people that isn't out to make a quick buck, he truly wants long-term happy clients and treats you well. He tells you when you are wasting money, as in he won't upgrade a new system to something bigger and better just to make more money, and he really does consider all the facets of your house to ensure you are getting your money's worth.
Yes, he and his employees can be extremely busy. He has several employees and they have all been polite and personable and know what they are doing, and I would rather wait a day to get professional trustworthy advice from a long-time local guy that get someone out the same day that can fix my problems by selling me a $6 thousand dollar system.
