The plumber was very customer friendly, efficient, and informative...very positive service call from this company.

I called in the morning and was told they would be out between 1-4pm. He arrived before 12 to see if the tank was fixable. It was not. He told me he would be back after lunch. He returned right around 2pm and the tank was installed and he was gone by 3pm. The office called right after he left the first visit. Payment was handled then. Very convient. No work orders no waiting to sign paperwork. The payment was basically for the tank itself, and they bill for the rest. Basically for the labor. He estimated that the remaining would be about 100.00. All in all I would use them again.

It was a Friday afternoon before the New Years holiday week-end. I had to have my water service turned off. It was about 4 PM after I had tried calling several plumbing companies to no avail, when Cooper Plumbing called me back and appreciated that it was a bit of an emergency in that I would be without water over the long wk-end if someone didn't help. He came later around 5:30 and did the job courteously and quickly and did not charge extra.

The slab leak kept showing up in different areas. You get one area fixed and 6 months to years later it would pop up. The bad thing was, it would get water under the sink. They had tools to tell where the leak was located. Once they got there, it could have moved. It was a good experience as they came and got the job done. We had just put down new ceramic tiles because as most of it was happening in our kitchen and laundry room, and we had just put down new ceramic tiles. They were careful to break as little as they could. We had brought some extra tiles and they replaced those.
