I have used Danny's Appliance Service for more than 20+ years. So far I have never once been disappointed. He returns calls. Asks for appliance model/serial number. Asks what is the issue. Makes an appointment to come see the appliance. Either brings a part or orders a part. Makes an appointment to come back to put the replacement part on. He is not a big talker. Does his job and goes to his next stop. Appliance fixed!! 5 stars from this happy customer!!!!

The replacement part didnt fix it, I called again they was a no show, tried to call andthey wasnt there and didnt return my call. I wouldnt use them! DANNYS APPLIANCES SUCKS!! Do not use these people theyre not dependable.

I called Kevin 3 weeks ago. It took him 1 1/2 weeks to come out and do diagnostic testing. It has been another 1 1/2 weeks since the part came in and he will not return my numerous calls. I have also spoke with his receptionist. I called twice yesterday and spoke with her, he was there in the shop and they still have not called me back. He is approximately 10 miles away. I will NEVER use his service again. I called another service man yesterday afternoon and he is coming today. Very unprofessional!!!!!!
