General Remodeling
Owner was responsive, but workers could have cared less about their job. Overpriced for the services rendered. I do not remember the total cost but when I used another contractor, Acevedo turned out to be about 1//3 too high.

General Remodeling
We began the bidding process in February. This guy had redone our roof previously and his bid was the best on this job. He was always punctual, friendly and animated during the bidding process. Unfortunately, we did not get nearly enough detail in our contract, so some things we thought were included were not. Once the contract started, the punctuality became a real problem. The job was bid at a 6-8 week job and it took 13 1/2 weeks. The quality of the work was good, however they were slow and the workers did not show any respect for our belongings. They did not drape any of the rooms while working so we will be cleaning drywall dust from our home for months to come. Thankfully we already have plans to tear out our carpet and replace it, if we had not, we would now. They got paint in the carpet in several places and we ended up having to replace all of the window blinds in the house because they assumed we were and threw out the old ones. None of the electrical outlets are straight and some have gaps around them. We had to have our thermostat replaced because they ruined our old one by banging into it while replacing interior doors. The contractor claimed they were not the ones who did it, but they were the only ones in the house at the time it happened.I might consider this contractor for small jobs in the future, but only if they can be accomplished in a day or two with us totally able to oversee the work.
